Having previously lived in Germany is a distinct advantage for this role as it will enable you to better connect with our German-speaking clients.

**Job Description**:
As a German-speaking Sales Agent, your role will be pivotal in expanding our reach in the German-speaking market. Your ability to relate to the culture and language will be instrumental in establishing rapport with potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Understand client needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Leverage your understanding of German culture to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively convey their benefits to clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering outstanding results.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both German and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Previous residency or experience living in Germany is highly advantageous.
