We are currently recruiting Swedish Speaking Agents in the Somerset West/Helderberg Area.

We are a Stellenbosch based contact centre, servicing a worldwide client base and we are looking for agents who wish to grow within the company.

If you are tenacious, ambitious, and well-spoken, you could benefit from extensive in-house training and development programs and enjoy the unique and funky work environment, decked with a canteen area with pool tables, foosball tables, and lounge areas.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Sales or support experience B2B or B2C
- Computer Literate
- Excellent command of the Swedish language is essential (Swedish first/home language)
- A 3-minute introductory video. Introduce yourself and your working experience. English and Swedish 50/50
- Your latest CV
- A headshot of yourself.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Swedish (preferred)
