Vodacom's No 1 Franchisee (12 Retail branches) is looking for an experienced, self motivated and vibrant Administrator to foster efficient sales and after sales service to match the clientele at Vodacom|Shop Bluff.

In our efforts to put our customers first always, the Administrator will assume responsibility of our tried and tested prescribed processes on a daily basis. This entails having leadership qualities and be the support liaison to the sales staff and Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Staff tools, computers, media devices and stationery checked before start of trade

Ensuring operationally there is a smooth flow of communication from back office to the sales floor. This must be an orderly and well organised back office to support:
Supplying stock to sales staff speedily

Daily Reconciliation of Paper work

Daily processing of claims as per Vodacom business rules

Daily customer care calls for activations. All escalations must be resolved with urgency.

Capturing of all staff sales

Filing of all paperwork daily

Management of customer devices booked in for repair. This includes loan devices to customers

Assisting Store Manager with receipting of stock

Supporting Store manager with Human resource functions

Pitching calls to clients with eligibility to upgrade, Connectivity and insurance offerings

**We are looking for these qualities**:
1. Articulate and well spoken’

2. Previous Cellular administration experience.

3. Previous Vodacom systems experience eg. M2 Dealer, Siebel C3D, VPP, VCP

4. Ability to be agile with speed and passion are two key requirements

7. Leader ship skills and responsibility.

8. Ability to engage at various levels of the business from Management levels to Sales floor level

**Working hours**:
Retail is detail and core time for business is weekdays and seasonal periods. This position will require you to work during some Public holidays.

**BLUFF**

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 18:15pm

Saturday 8:30am - 17:15pm

**PACKAGE**:
**Basic salary**: R6500.00 - R8000.00 (salary negotiable based on previous experience with Vodacom business rules and systems knowledge)
