**Following the success of 10 Retail Vodacom Stores in KZN (Est 1996), we have added Nelson Mandela Square and The Marc in Sandton to our growing list of Stores.**

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and vibrant Retail Specialist to lead a superb customer experience at our Vodacom Westwood, Bluff, Pavilion and Bridge City Retail stores.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Embrace positive attitude
- Assist to prepare store for opening
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of product area as per retailer specifications
- Ensure effective merchandise of products and displays to optimize sales and profitability
- Ensure timely “new product” placement by working with Retail operations. Merchandising and general look always at its Best
- Welcome customers with full knowledge of products, services, value adds and promotions. Offer information and direct them to the correct departments.
- Manage queues to ensure **BEST** customer experience. Apologize for delays and manage Staff to ensure quick speedy service
- Maintain positive working relationships with Store employees and Customers
- Strategize to enhance Customer Service, to ensure best customer rating and building a customer for life
- Engage with customers to ensure a relationship is built with entire Store team.
- Ensure every Customer visit is made world class with an unforgettable experience
- Manage internal staff Biometrics (time management) and lunch and tea rosters
- Ensuring opening and closing procedures followed
- Reduce theft and shoplifting

**Requirements**:

- Friendly disposition and vibrant personality
- Have passion for super Customer Service.
- Work long Retail hours and shifts and be on your feet all day
- Mature and professional
- Take full Ownership of Store Customer Experience
- Previous Cellular knowledge advantageous

**TRADING HOURS**

**Vodacom Westwood**

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 18:15pm

Thursday: 7:30am - 18:15pm (early arrival for weekly Stores sales meeting)

Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays: 8:30am to 17:15pm

**Vodacom Bluff**

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 18:15pm

Wednesday: 7:30am - 18:15pm (early arrival for weekly Stores sales meeting)

Saturday: 8:30am to 17:15pm

Sunday & Public holidays: 8:30am to 15:15pm

**Vodacom Pavilion**

Monday to Sunday: 8:30am to 19:15pm

Friday: 7:30am - 19:15pm (early arrival for weekly Stores sales meeting)

Shifts alternate weekly

Shift 1: 8:30am to 17:30pm

Shift 2: 10:30am to 19:30pm

**Vodacom Bridge City**

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 18:15pm

Thursday: 7:30am - 18:15pm (early arrival for weekly Stores sales meeting)

Saturday: 8:30am to 17:15pm

Sunday & Public holidays: 8:30am to 16:15pm

**Package**

Basic salary bracket: R6500 - R7500 + plus incentives.

Salary negotiable based on personality and experience
