**What will you doing.......**
Selling new Contracts, Upgrades, Cash Devices, Airtime, Fibre, Accessories, insurance and financial service provider products for both consumer and enterprise customers as well as offering Fixed solutions.
New voice and broadband contracts
Retention of mobile and Fibre contracts.
Device insurance and financial services
LTE, Fibre and Wireless air sales
Sim Swops, Account payments and Repair bookings
Resolving Customer Queries
Merchandising and general daily tasks
Able to sell instore and promote within the mall and surrounding suburbs
**Enterprise Business** - Unified communications, cloud
- hosting and security, managed network services, Internet of things and Mobile/ Voice connections
**Requirements**:
**Minimum 1 to 3 years Cellular sales experience in new Contracts, Upgrades, Broadband, Fibre, Accessories & Device sales for both consumer and enterprise customers**
M2 & Siebel C3D and VPP (Vodacom systems)
Device knowledge and trouble shooting
Computer literacy
Able to work under pressure
Target and Goal driven
Able to work Retail hours
Passion for super customer service
Positive and friendly attitude
Quick thinker and high energy and able to deal with high demanding clientele
**Package**:
**Basic salary + Best Commission in the industry.** Salary is negotiable based on experience. Write your own salary cheque with between 25k to 40k commission per month **Plus** supplier incentives
Yearly bonus after 1 year of service
**Hours**:
Retail hours include weekends and public holidays
**VODACOMSHOP BLUFF**
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
Sunday - 9am to 3pm
**VODACOM 4U BLUFF**
Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday - 8am to 2:30pm
Sunday - 9am to 1:30pm
**VODACOMSHOP WESTWOOD**
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
Sunday - 9am to 5pm
**VODACOMSHOP PAVILION (**shifts will apply**)**
Monday to Sunday - 9am to 7pm
Public Holiday - 9am to 7pm
Late trading on last Friday and Saturday of every month - 9am to 8pm
