**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed all sales targets, including up-selling on upgrades and new line sales.
- Handle sim swaps and customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Sell fibre services to potential customers and existing clients.
- Book in repairs for faulty phones and ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Identify and respond to client needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that all customers receive the best possible customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Use computer systems, including Vodacom VPP, M2 & C3D to process sales and manage customer accounts.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of customer and sales experience, preferably in a retail cellular environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A thorough understanding and knowledge of cellular products and services.
- A team player with a positive attitude and an energetic, confident, and charismatic approach to people.
- Computer literate with experience using various systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
