Job Vacancy: Perfume Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the perfume sales department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage product assortment to optimize sales and meet customer demands.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in perfume or luxury retail sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of fragrance and perfume products.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
