If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact Duties & Responsibilities As a Sales Manager, you will: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in your assigned territory or market segment. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Lead sales initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities, to increase market share and brand awareness. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and business expansion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on pumps, agitators, or mineral processing equipment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the industrial sector. Strong technical understanding of pumps, agitators, or mineral processing equipment, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
