Create and execute actionable sales plans to achieve or exceed national sales targets.Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on market dynamics. People & Performance Management Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of high-performing team members. Manage employee performance through structured performance processes (PPPS). Implement effective succession planning to ensure leadership continuity. Drive training and development initiatives to enhance team capability.
