- Reporting to the Manager People, Talent & Culture and working closely with the HR Practitioners
- Manage the Compensation & Benefits function and Payrol
- Develop and drive a framework for the implementation of new projects.
- Ensure HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Produce timely and quality data input, strong compliance to all data reporting, and manage HR analytics, including reporting
- Build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the full payroll processing function
- Ensure all HR-related systems are updated and reflect accurate employee data. i.e. new starters, terminations, promotions.
- Timeous closure and distribution of weekly and monthly reports to all stakeholders
- Support recruitment execution and manage the successful onboarding of staff
- Managing and coordinating the integration, implementation, and maintenance of all HR systems
- With the relevant stakeholders, ensuring integration between HR systems and other systems in the Party
- Acting as the liaison between the HR department and the various system-related service providers
- Providing support to, and resolving queries of, internal stakeholders
- Budgeting and reporting (Compensation and Benefits budgets, Labour budgets, etc)
- Coordinate compensation and benefits processes
- Lead compensation projects
- Design compensation and benefits policies
- Manage relationships with external compensation consulting companies and brokers and insurance providers
- Close monthly Payroll activities and variance reports shared to ensure 100% compliance
- Process payroll for various countries in a timely and accurate manner and promptly answer any queries in relation to salaries.
- Manage Group and local benefits schemes with the support and guidance of the Manager People, Talent & Culture
**Qualifications**:
- National Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) B-degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 10 years of generalist HR experience.
- Technologically astute - HRIS, industry-standard HR software, Microsoft Office, payroll tools.
- Proven track record in the creation of processes and policies in the organization
- Previous experience in talent management
