**Descriptions**:

- Meet sales quotas and goals.
- Execute a consultative sales environment:

- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support them.
- Prospect for potential leads from networks, directories, web, and digital resources.
- Become fluent in demonstrating the devices and related software solutions.
- Sourcing sales opportunities through cold calls and door-to-door field calls.
- Clearly explain the advantages and benefits of the device and software solutions.
- Process your daily workflow / calls /support / orders / quotes on CRM platform.
- Train merchants to use the device to take payments and sell VAS.
- Regularly follow up on merchants to ensure traction and sustained usage of the products.
- Ensure client satisfaction, and promptly escalate critical problems to management.
- Communicate important feedback from Customers internally.
- Escalate key market feedback.
- Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 and/or higher level of education.
- At least 5 years’ previous experience in sales, marketing, and customer support.
- A proven high sales conversion track record.
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals, through knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Social confidence to work in a team.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented persistence.
- Excellent presentation / negotiating skills.
- Computer, android and web skills.
