Facilitate learning and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in surface water hydrology and water resources management.
- Conduct research and publish in surface water hydrology and water resources management.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research students.
- Provide academic leadership.
- Provide leadership in curriculum development and assessment initiatives.
- Provide leadership in community engagement and outreach.

**Minimum Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements (Professor)**:

- PhD or equivalent in the field of surface water hydrology, environmental hydrology, or hydrology-based bioresources engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning in the field of surface water hydrology and water resources management.
- A record of quality peer-reviewed publications in the field of surface water hydrology and water resources management.
- A strong record of successful postgraduate supervision at the master’s and doctoral level.
- Evidence of expertise, national standing, and an established international presence in his/her discipline.
- The integration of community engagement with learning and teaching and/or research.
- Experience in generating research grant funding.
