**Join us as**:Commercial Lead Manager - Animal BioSolutions, AFRICA**
Novonesis has recently agreed to acquire the DSM-firmenich share of the feed enzyme alliance and will become the world’s leading BioSolutions provider in animal health and nutrition (pending regulatory approvals). In this role, you will manage accounts across the territory, promoting feed enzymes and probiotics that support animal health, performance, and sustainability. Your customers will include feed millers, integrators, pre mixers, and distribution partners—each playing a vital role in the value chain.

**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:
- Delivery of assigned business targets related to revenue, margin, profit and cost
- Leading, coaching and inspiring the sales & technical team, setting clear expectations, enabling development and fostering a high-performance culture
- Engaging key accounts
- Maintaining direct relationships with selected high impact key accounts, stay connected to market needs and modeling excellent customer partnerships
- Executing Commercial Engagements
- Translating global and regional sales strategy into actionable territory and account plans aligned with business priorities
- Managing business including opportunity conversion with good understanding of channel, pricing & product strategy
- Collaborating cross functionally
- Partnering with regional marketing, demand planner, as well as central global functions, to ensure customer success
- Forecasting, Budgeting and Reporting
- Owning the sales forecast and opportunity pipeline for the territory and team, ensuring accurate tracking, planning, and senior stakeholder communication
**To Succeed you must**:
- Hold a degree in science or a related field, with an understanding of animal production systems.
- A master’s degree in business management would be an added advantage.
- Have demonstrated experience in leading sales or account management within the animal nutrition industry.
- 8-10 years of work experience with about 3-5 years of experience managing a cross functional team
- Ability to handle remote teams & stakeholders, and work in Matrix set up/organization
- Understanding of Channel mix and distribution Management /strategy
- Be an inspiring leader - energize the team, lead by example, and communicate a compelling vision.
- Be empowering and supportive - provide clarity and space for Account Managers/Technical Specialists to succeed, while providing coaching and feedback.
