**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Identify critical vacancies within the business and implement agile recruitment processes to enable the prioritising and fast-tracking of critical vacancy recruitment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure a seamless and timeous experience for all key stakeholders.
- Conduct consultations with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and formulate a resourcing plan, agreed timelines and identify interview panels.
- Manage recruitment agencies and conduct agency briefings with the hiring managers to ensure understanding of the role and set agreed timeline and budgets.
- All recruitment is processed through the company recruitment system
- Quality assurance of the interview packs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and keep them informed on recruitment progress and amendments to policies and procedures.
- Provide advice to hiring managers on transformation targets in line with the approved Employment Equity Plan.
- Design and implement a relevant recruitment dashboard to track and measure key performance areas.
- Build key business relationships and advise business on recruiting solutions, policies, and procedures
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology or equivalent
- At least 10 years working experience in recruitment preferably in or with development finance institutions, financial sectors and construction sectors, 5 years of which must be at management level.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing resourcing strategies within a business unit/organisation.
- Demonstrated experience with regards to working with a broad range of stakeholders including Senior Human Capital and Business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the various labour legislations such as the basic conditions of employment, labour relations and employment equity.
- Demonstrated experience in head hunting and targeting highly skilled resources.
- Experience pipelining talent for critical roles for success planning a requirement.
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven experience working with high level stakeholders, i.e., Executive Management and the Board
**Advantageous Experience**:
- Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology or equivalent
