In-house Recruiter and Talent Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Create and maintain the Company recruitment strategy
- Act as specialist advisor in terms of best practice process and recruitment methodology
- Partner with managers to ensure successful process management and top-quality placements
- Ensure all recruitment paperwork is correctly completed
- Collaborate with managers to draw up appropriate job specs
- Advise on advertising methods
- Manage internal applicants
- Partner with and manage recruitment agencies where necessary
- Conduct references and background checks
- Management of talent acquisition efforts to meet Employment Equity goals and targets
- Creating and defining ‘Recruitment Demand Plans’ to anticipate staff attrition in key positions
- Maintain an applicant tracking system with data integrity and accuracy
- Draw up letters of appointment/offers of employment
- Collaborate with HR team members and payroll to ensure processes run smoothly
- Continuously analyze and improve talent sourcing and onboarding processes
- Communicate and educate line managers regarding the recruitment process
- Review and maintain career website
- Create and maintain quarterly recruitment reports
- Create and maintain remuneration committee report weekly, for presentation
- Maintain, update, and provide input into the company EVP

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma or degree / Honors in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior/Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 5 - 6 years’ experience in a recruitment role(s) in a comparable environment (In-house recruitment in the ICT sector of ICT Sales for Hardware/Software or distribution preferred)
- Proven experience of using a variety of search methodologies (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, social networks, web tools etc.)
- Proven experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Project Management is an advantage
- Ability to manage a wide range and large number of roles
- Own transport and valid driver’s license
