Our client, a leading telecommunications giant based in Roodepoort seeks a motivational, inspiring **Sales and Performance Coach** to join our team and make a significant impact in our sales and sales management teams.

In this vital role, you will provide expert coaching support to our telecommunications teams, enhancing their sales skills and driving higher levels of productivity and satisfaction. Your role will also involve guiding and supporting our sales management team, addressing any identified gaps, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Develop a Comprehensive Coaching Plan**: Create and implement a coaching plan that aligns with the sales strategy and integrates both leadership and agent development.
- ** Ongoing Coaching and Support**: Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to sales staff to close performance gaps and enhance sales effectiveness. Provide ongoing training and support to sales management team to address any current gaps identified.
- ** Design Coaching and Training Initiatives**: Develop targeted and customised coaching and training programs to address team trends, and individual development areas.
- ** Onboarding and induction of New Sales Agents**: Facilitate the onboarding and induction of new sales agents on the floor.
- ** Innovative Coaching Practices**: Employ creative and forward-thinking coaching methods to enhance team performance and leadership qualities.
- ** Tracking and Monitoring of training initiatives against required KPIs**: Track and report on the progress of these training and coaching initiative to ensure alignment with sales and leadership objectives.
- ** Call Review and Feedback**: Listen to calls and provide constructive feedback on customer service skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication.
- ** Campaign Performance Analysis**: Collaborate with sales management team to analyse campaign performance and results, integrating insights to refine coaching strategies and support leadership development.
- ** Ad-Hoc Coaching and Development**: Address ad-hoc needs related to coaching and development, ensuring a balanced approach to sales performance, leadership growth, and soft skills enhancement.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric/ Grade 12 qualification is essential.
- Related qualification in training and development advantageous
- Minimum **3 years’ sales & leadership training experience** within the telecommunication industry
- Experience gained must be within a call centre environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience working with / training B2B clients is advantageous

**The successful incumbent have the following skills and competencies**:

- Must be passionate about training and people development.
- Good understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices within the telecommunications industry
- Ability to analyse performance data and KPIs to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other tools used in sales and coaching required
- Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams to achieve their goals.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolutions skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced target driven environment.
- Must possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal and able to clearly articulate feedback and facilitate productive conversations.
- Able to adapt coaching methods and strategies to individual and team needs.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to build trust and rapport with internal sales teams
