**We are only looking for experienced Outbound Sales Professionals (Telesales)**:

- Min 3 yrs of proven outbound sales experience in the relevant industry is non-negotiable.
- If you have not worked in outbound sales, this role is not for you._

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (SA Time)
- 2 x Saturdays per month: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Engaging in outbound calling to potential customers across the UK.
- Holding impactful conversations that promote our fibre broadband services.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions.
- Closing sales and transforming interest into satisfied clients.
- Consistently hitting targets while delivering top-notch customer service.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Non-Negotiable: Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Matric certificate (higher grade English preferred).
- Computer literate - skilled in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- A self-motivated personality with a passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with the UK broadband market is a strong advantage.
- An updated and comprehensive CV.
- A copy of your Matric certificate.
- A copy of your ID.
- You must have 3 years outbound sales experience.
