- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent report writing skills.
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitoring employee productivity.
- The primary duties of an Operations Manager include setting customer service goals.
- The Operations Manager is also responsible for leading the team.
- Involves strong leadership, strategy, and operational management to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
