About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our team across three companies. This role requires a versatile individual who is comfortable wearing many hats — from handling admin and sales tasks to assisting with customer support and general operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across all three companies as required
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, sales follow-ups, and customer communication
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Handle basic sales and support-related tasks, including responding to inquiries and managing leads
  • Help ensure smooth coordination between teams and projects
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks to support management and business operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Must have your own reliable car (a travel allowance will be provided by the company when you use your vehicle for work)
  • Comfortable handling sales-related activities and client communication
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to new tasks
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to take initiative
