Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their potential
- Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to boost productivity
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set achievable goals and contribute to sales forecasts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Represent PSI Super and our premium home ware products with professionalism and expertise

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver's license is essential for this role
- Direct marketing sales experience is necessary to succeed in this position
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies and sales tools
