**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and selling products to guests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of First Group and La Montagne Resort to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
