Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role located in Ballito. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will collaborate with teams to create tailored security solutions, conduct presentations, and analyze client needs to provide effective recommendations. The role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation and client relationship management
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Client Solution Development skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the security industry or knowledge of security solutions is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • A valid driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
