**Randburg, Johannesburg** - Restaurant Manager needed for busy Restaurant.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a management position in a similar restaurant

Manages the day-to-day delivery of the restaurant operation (including food and beverage)

Must have a strong personality that can think on their feet and can work under pressure.

Must be well-spoken and presentable.

Must be a strong leader with good management skills.

Management of the staff with the objectives of achieving profitability including maximizing operational efficiencies and productivities of the restaurant

Maintaining standards within the restaurant

Strong guest relations skills, maximizing customer satisfaction within the restaurant

Controlling operating equipment and stock within the restaurant operation

Overseeing all functions.

Must have a comprehensive understanding of all food and beverage outlets.

Stock control & ordering.

POS and cash-up experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
