Analytical Business Administrator

**DUTIES**:
- Sorting and filing of documents and records
- Submission of SARS and CIPC Filings for multiple companies
- Online and physical research on various topics (marketing, sales, fund raising, etc.)
- Report writing
- Preparation of presentations
- Project administration
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
- Organise and attend meetings
- Minutes taking
- Assist with tender preparation and submissions, invoicing and reconciliations
- Attend tender briefings
- Act as personal assistant to the CEO
- Co-ordinating company and project resources (People, Tools, etc.)

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Good with numbers

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post matric qualification, ideally BCom degree
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: Up to R4,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelors (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
