Business Analyst required for a company based in East London POSITION OVERVIEW:The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Business Analyst will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and provide recommendations for business process optimization.RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvementAnalyse data to assess trends and identify risksCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsDevelop and maintain detailed process maps, workflows, and other documentationIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivityWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changesConduct regular reviews of processes to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvementCommunicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on process changesAssist with user acceptance testing and provide support during implementationProvide training and support to end-users on new processes and systemsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleSKILLS: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience with process mapping and documentation toolsKnowledge of project management methodologiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
