SHEQ & Compliance Administrator
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supplier Management
Obtain and follow up on supplier quotations and invoices.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required documentation and services.
Procurement Coordination
Request and track purchase orders from relevant business units.
Ensure all procurement documentation is complete and properly filed.
SharePoint Administration
Maintain and update various SharePoint lists and libraries.
Ensure that all SHEQ and compliance-related documents are accurately saved and version-controlled on the SharePoint Compliance site for all business areas.
Communication & Awareness
Update SHEQ notice boards with safety shares, alerts, and relevant communications.
Support internal SHEQ campaigns and awareness initiatives.
Employee Health & Safety
Schedule and coordinate employee medical examinations and ensure records are up to date.
Assist with compliance checks related to health and safety requirements.
General Duties
Perform other SHEQ and compliance-related tasks as needed to support the business.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
Any relevant qualifications
Good working knowledge of SharePoint, or the ability to learn quickly.
Basic understanding of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) and compliance principles.
Familiarity with building facilities and related operational requirements.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
