**Job Summary**: Our client is a pioneer in flexible, serviced, industrial property. Led by industry stalwarts, they have carved a unique niche, and are growing consistently by purchasing, renovating, asset and property managing buildings all over the country and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our tenants and stakeholders.

They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Property Management to lead their national property management team. This individual will oversee the regional operations managers, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the efficient management of all assets across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional operations managers located in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
- Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies to optimize asset performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Establish and enforce strong policies, procedures, and operational standards across all properties.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the tenant experience and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leasing, finance, and construction to achieve organizational objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for the property management department.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiency's.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
