Lead and manage the quality teamwork by providing continuous information and improvement as required to achieve the quality goals and standards of LS&Co.
- Continuously monitor the plant performance based on agreed development and production KPI’s and ensure as well as provide continuous feed-back on PPR’s & CS and information on all the different production processes, performance and sources all across the organisation.
- Monitor and manage continuous training and coaching of the quality team in order to improve the work efficiency.
- Implement and manage local innovative work practices that respond to the quality expectations and standards and ensure that all development activities at the factory are executed according to product brief and technical specifications.
- Manage QC Team and serve as the primary contact for all manufacturing and distribution partners
- Build and maintain QC reporting models to evaluate in-line inspections, tolerances, QC timing, and overall quality standards
- Review and analyze QC reports to implement process improvements in garment execution and manufacturing quality procedures
- Ensure quality team are cross trained in quality standards to enhance their skill
- Ensure rigorous control of rejects, repairs and washable garments
- Prepare a year plan for improving overall quality
- Prepare a quality manual for the company so that company’s quality policy & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels
- Ensure manpower is aligned with AFP
- Support and drive engagement initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to EHS and regulatory compliance requirements

Maintaining world class levels of housekeeping according to housekeeping standards
