**Job Description**:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for the quality assurance of all major functions in the quality area within the company, including Integrated Management System, supply, production, product and other related processes

**Responsibilities**:

- Development, monitoring, adherence and improvement of production quality management related procedures
- Maintain, report and work to the goals set in weekly and monthly related KPIs
- Support to companies quality for audit processes related to ISO standards, legal and customer requirements
- Establish strategic solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of quality processes to meet business goals and objectives
- Team leadership including motivation, supervision, performance monitoring, evaluation and coaching contributing to establishment and maintenance of cost-effective services
- Drive measurement-based analysis and actions management procedures together with other managers to improve quality in supply, production, and product outcomes
- Uphold, report and work to the goal targets set in Weekly and Monthly Quality KPI’s.
- Planning and monitoring the quality team capacity to deliver related services ensuring the production plan is delivered on time with right quality
- Ensure operational quality management processes are delivered (e.g ESD control, Calibration management, production startup acceptance, quality inspections)
- Active participation in change control management procedures and continuous improvement projects processes
- Preparation and delivery of quality related training material towards all personnel
- Working with other departments to harmonize Quality related objectives and IMS procedures
- Ensure data accuracy and documents filing is maintained across all functions according to document management procedures
- Support the company in the planning of internal and external audits
- Quality department operational budget management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years QA, QC management experience in delivery of multi-discipline electronics equipment
- University degree in Quality related fields
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001 & 45001, others a merit
- Trained and experienced ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 auditor according to ISO 19011 is a merit
- Ability to define, establish and monitor quality control systems
- Demonstrated knowledge SPC, Six Sigma, FEMA, 8D, etc
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Experience in international companies is preferred
