Job Title: BI Technical Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the project manager, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand the project's requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design a robust and scalable BI solution and select appropriate technologies and tools.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, helping them to implement the technical architecture and design effectively.
- Review code and ensure that it meets the project's technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the BI solution's performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the development team to resolve technical issues and ensure that the project's technical deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with other teams, such as infrastructure, security, and operations, to ensure that the BI solution is integrated effectively into the overall enterprise architecture and complies with security and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BI development and architecture.
- Strong technical skills in BI technologies such as ETL, data warehousing, and reporting.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing BI solutions in a complex environment.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan and manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with the development team and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations and best practices.
