BI Technical Delivery Manager/Lead One of our clients, a leading corporate firm in the financial services industry, is expanding their operations and seeking a talented and experienced BI Technical Delivery Manager/Lead to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of complex BI/Data programs, ensuring successful implementation and execution within defined timelines and budgets. Utilise agile and portfolio management methodologies to drive project success and enhance overall efficiency. Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, connecting business demands and strategic growth with data insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management, business intelligence, and analytical tool sets (e.g., Cloudera/Hadoop, Informatica, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.). Ensure adherence to best practices in data management processes and practices, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security. Oversee IT systems and solutions, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and requirements. Present findings, project updates, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in agile and portfolio management, with a focus on complex BI/Data programs. Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience, preferably within the financial services industry. 5-10 years of management consulting experience, demonstrating the ability to handle diverse projects and clients effectively. Practical experience in designing and implementing data management, business intelligence, or analytical tool sets (e.g., Cloudera/Hadoop, Informatica, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.). Strong understanding of complex data management processes and practices. Proven ability to connect business demands and strategic growth with data insights, enabling data-driven decision-making. Excellent presentation skills with experience in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in managing IT systems and solutions, ensuring their successful implementation and integration.
