Sales and Administration Manager

Pinetown based company seeks a Sales and Admin Manager to join their team.
Management of Administration team, liaison between key departments and Sales consultants. Ensuring all information and processes are effective and accurate from start to end of the sales process.
**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:

Proven work experience in Office Management /Sales Administrator Roles
Hands on experience with an ERP systems and MS Office
Organisational & Multitasking Skills
A team player with high level of dedication
High Level of Accuracy
Ability to work under pressure.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Manage sales administration team + customer care department.
Creating workable templates for orders on the system, ensuring quantities, prices information are accurate for the team to execute sales orders.
Work closely with the team and be able to prove absence cover for the team as follows:
- Receive orders, process and book into the factory for production
- Place orders with suppliers and monitor progress, ensuring timely fulfilment
- Supply feedback to sales team regarding orders current and overdue
- Book in repairs and carry out process till the end
Carry out daily reviews of all outstanding orders, ensuring all orders are actioned per production plan.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
