- Clicks is on the hunt for a Store Development Project Coordinator to assisting with fitting out/supplying non saleable goods and services for opening refurbishing & closing of Clicks & The Body Shop stores.**Job description**
- Notify contractors & service suppliers of new, refurbishment and closing of stores.
- Allocate cost centre on control list.
- Generate proposed rosters for approval and distribute to relevant parties in the business.
- Draft and distribution of project plan.
- Set up store in SAP system.
- Assist with ensuring that new stores are prepared for merchandising and operation.
- Regular (remote process) inspections of all projects to ensure high standard of workmanship.
- Update project records.
- Communicate and liaise with the Project team and subcontractors on all matters pertaining to the designated responsibility.
- Ensure that all relevant policies, procedures and systems are implemented.
- Assist with administration and compilation of budget proposals.
- Obtain quotes, follow up and deal with queries relating to agreements and contracts.
- General procurement and project administration.
- Ensure co-operation, liaison and joint development of all relevant Policies and Procedures with management and Health & Safety Representatives, Quality Assurance Managers and relevant subcontractors (e.g. Security).

**Minimum requirements**
- Matric
- Experienced in SAP financial system

- Sound Interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate, reason and determine ideas
