**_ Position Purpose:_**

To ensure timeous and completeness of cargo dues revenue.

**_ Position outputs:_**
- Ensure accurate, timeous and completeness of revenue to ensure all revenue due to TNPA is accounted for in the correct
- Revenue related General Ledger reconciliations.
- Check and invoice all cargo due orders captured on a daily basis.
- Prepare and process all credit notes on all cargo dues client accounts.
- Perform ad hoc Revenue requests.
- Verification and substantiation of revenue when required.
- Provide clients with quotations when required.
- Ensure compliance to CFRC’s.
- Ensure that all cargo dues invoices are billed as per tariff book.
- Performance of ad hoc Revenue projects.
- Perform daily checks on the truck permit logs to ensure that the number of permits on hand reconciles to the opening
- Perform a physical count on a daily basis with Security Officer of permits on hand prepare permits on hand sheet.
- Maintain on a daily basis a schedule of truck permits received to truck permits issued.
- Calculation and processing of monthly cargo dues provisions per SAP reports and reversals thereof.
- Checking of monthly stats.

**_ Qualifications & Experience:_**

Grade 12 with Accounting National Diploma with Accounting 1

At least 2-3 years’ experience in Finance field/environment

**_ Competencies:_**

Interpersonal Skills Communication Skills Analytical and diagnostic
Business writing

Knowledge:
Tax Legislation
Sound knowledge of SAP (Financial Models)
Port Financial Systems and information technology Ports legal and Regulatory environment
Microsoft Office Suite. IFRS/GAAP
Accounting principles Quality management SAP (ERP)
