Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Manager CA(SA) to oversee and lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, sound technical accounting knowledge, and a keen understanding of property management operations. This role requires strategic oversight of financial systems, processes, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation. Minimum Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)Minimum of 35 years post-articles experience in a financial management or senior accounting roleStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelIn-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and complianceExceptional communication and analytical skillsProven ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environmentSouth African citizen or holder of valid South African work permit Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of accountants and bookkeepers, providing guidance, training, and performance managementOversee the preparation and review of management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial statementsEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reportingImplement and maintain effective financial controls, systems, and processesManage cash flow, balance sheets, and profitability analysis across client portfoliosReview and authorise reconciliations, journals, and key financial entriesLiaise with auditors, clients, and external stakeholders on financial mattersContribute to strategic decision-making and business planningEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policiesProvide financial insights and operational support to the property management division Advantages (Not Essential) Experience within the property management or real estate industryWorking knowledge of property management software such as MRI or MDA Remuneration Market-related salary between R50,000 R65,000 neg  per month, pending on qualifications and experience Application Requirements Interested candidates should submit the following: A comprehensive CVCertified copies of all qualifications and IDThree contactable work references How to Apply Please apply via the link below or alternatively email your complete application package to admin@jobs2day.co.za with the subject line Financial Manager [Your Name].
