- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
