**Main Responsibilities may include, but not limited to**:
Customer Service
- Thorough knowledge of customer service principles and practices in after sales.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to provide satisfactory solutions to customer issues.

Organizational and Multitasking Abilities:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, engineering and on-site technicians, to address customer needs.
- Willingness to assist colleagues and share knowledge to enhance overall customer service performance.

Technology Proficiency:

- Proficiency in Microsoft NAV will be advantageous

Adaptability and Resilience:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer demands and priorities.
- Resilience to handle stressful situations and maintain composure while resolving customer related issues.
- Knowledge of Products or Services:

- Depending on the industry, familiarity with the company's products or services is often preferred to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Knowledge and experience in Lighting industry will be advantageous

Despatch:

- Manage dispatch dept as to timeous delivery of SO's and general discipline and following all rules
- Ensure Stock for dispatch is ordered timeously
- Inspect consumption on completed orders
- Ensure that drivers are optimised correctly
- Make sure that all rules are adhered to pertaining to vehicle control

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with challenging or irate customers.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while resolving customer issues.
