Internal Sales Administrator

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated internal sales administrator who is a customer service champion and serves as a primary point of contact for our customers with inquiries about products, quotes, orders and deliveries. As a conduit between our company and our customers, you should possess exceptional organisational skills, be goal and deadline oriented, and have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Additionally, you will provide support for sales representatives, contribute to high-quality customer service, and assist in achieving company goals and sales targets while embodying our company values.

**Responsibilities**:
Complete and send quotes timeously and accurately.
Professionally serve customers in person when required.
Check data accuracy in quotes and orders.
Manage credit notes internally and effectively.
Sourcing of products when required.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
Liaise with other company departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Contribute to company sales targets by upselling and driving sales initiatives when available.
Stay up to date with products and features.
Be knowledgeable with Stocksmart and other company valued added services.

**Required**:
Preferably Afrikaans speaking
Proven work experience in internals sales or as a sales administrator.
Exceptional administration and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A team player with high level of dedication
Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy.
Exceptional customer service skills.
