**To support the Property management by drafting and processing lease and administration documents and information according to the company policy and legislative requirements, ensuring that data integrity is not compromised and ensuring efficient administration processes are in place. Also written communication to/from landlords and developers.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Good drafting skills
- The ability to multi-task and use initiative
- Good knowledge of retail lease and/or property administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous exposure to a lease/property administration environment would be advantageous
- Previous exposure to retail operations would be advantageous
- Sound mathematical ability
- Handling queries
- Actioning lease renewals and paperwork
- Liaison and follow up with landlords and field staff
- Preparation of Heads of Agreement
- Preparation of Project files and the issuing thereof
- Preparation of Exec Summaries
- Compiling agendas for Estate’s meetings
- Arranging meetings and travel
- Monitoring and control of all Lease Renewal/Space Option/Extended Tenure data
- Preparation of various reports, including viability schedules
- Maintain electronic filing system for all developments and store leases
- Ensure all landlords contact details are maintained on up to date on SAP
- Stakeholder management esp. with landlords and the internal divisions
- Pipeline management
- Other secretarial and adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Matric (essential)
- Administration or experience coordinating an admin function
- Lease/Property administration experience preferable
- Proficient in Word/Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Word/Excel and PowerPoint. Sap experience would be preferable
- 4 to 5 years in a lease/property administration or general administration role
- Preferably someone with leasing/property administration experience
