**Job Specification**:
Main purpose of this role is to maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help sales managers and sales representatives in monitoring the team's progress as well as play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and administrative support to the sales teams and managers.

**Basic Minimum Requirements**: Matric

**Computer Literacy**: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate). Working experience on MS Excel essential.

**Job Related Requirements**:

- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer queries, account statuses and relevant problems
- Providing data and guides to help the Regional Sales Managers
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support assistant
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service

practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer queries, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information to Regional Sales Managers
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up to date with new product/service offerings and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries on behalf of the sales team
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records on a weekly or monthly basis reporting back to the Regional Sales Managers.
- Develop monthly sales reports
