Job Description - Commercial Sales Administrator - Kempton park

Package - R 20 000 neg. depending on experience.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in an administration role, Freight

Forwarding industry
- MS Office
- CargoWise 1

Specific Roles:

- Communication Manager reporting (visit management):

- Generating of reports (weekly and monthly)
- Analysing reports
- Identify discrepancies in line with KPI’s
- Submission of report to Commercial manager
- Estimate reporting
- Generating of reports (weekly and monthly)
- Analysing reports
- Identifying hit rates
- Identifying profit in estimates won/lost
- Measurement in line with KPI’s
- Submission of report to Commercial Manager
- Credit limit management/exposure reporting
- Generating of/ receiving of reports
- Analysing potential over trading
- Internal coordination to address over trading with clients, adding to visit agenda.
- Submission of report to Commercial Manager
- Up/down trading report (monthly)
- Receive report from finance
- Analyse report for up/down trading and liaise with commercial staff
- Ensure all customers are assigned
- Responsible for keeping staff allocations updated
- Assist with client and auto rates database management
- Sales Administration:

- Assist the commercial team with any customer related queries
- In conjunction with Pricing supervisor, co-ordinate rates proposals, presentations and tender responses using standard templates. Pricing Supervisor responsible to source and compile rates
- Identify clients to be handed from new sales to KAM and assist to coordinate
- Manage client birthday list, messages, gifts in coordination with commercial team
- Assist with keeping Pipeline/Inquiry manager in CW1 updated.
- Assist to coordinate internally with regard to setting of meeting agenda in line with policy.
- Onsite office supports when commercial team are on the road
- TOMA (Top of mind awareness) and general gifts budget, inventory
- Assist where necessary to set up appointments
- Minute commercial meetings
- Compile competitor info and distribute internally
- Assist to identify trade shows and fairs and distribute necessary details to commercial team
- CRM Communication manager updates for management account visits
- Mailchimp directory and updates/news flashes
- General assistance and support of Commercial Manager

**Salary**: From R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial Administration in Freight Forwarding Industry: 3 years (required)
