About the Role

Vertical Smyl is looking for a talented
Product Designer
with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing digital design team. You'll play a key role in shaping intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that connect brands to customers in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling visual artifacts — UI layouts, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups — that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Create and maintain design systems, patterns, and specifications for consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Design and refine interaction models, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Ensure designs align with brand standards, business goals, and accessibility best practices.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
  • Stay current on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in
    UI/UX or Product Design
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe Creative Suite
    , and/or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of
    design systems
    ,
    user-centered design principles
    , and
    responsive design
    .
  • Experience conducting and applying
    user research
    insights.
