Resoponsibilities:
Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success.
Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
Oversee daily operations and the work of executives.
Lead employees with an example.
Be a motivator for other employees.
Analyze and interpret data and metrics.
Create reports for the management.
Take the lead in expansion activities.
Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
Working together with key participants to compile the budget.
Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction. Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to losses.
Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices. Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants. Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner.
Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration.
5 years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.
Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise. Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels. Ability to make business projections three years into the future.

**Please note that we require you to have your own reliable transport.**

**Salary**: R52,600.00 per month
