YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Turn complex financial results into clear, actionable insights Own budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts with precision Keep tax compliance and statutory reporting sharp and on point Build and refine internal controls, systems, and processes that scale Deliver monthly and annual reports in line with IFRS (no surprises, no delays) Lead external audits with confidence and finesse Run financial modelling and scenario analysis to guide growth decisions Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and execs to keep the business moving Mentor and upskill your team — because great leaders build great teams OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE CA(SA) qualification (non‑negotiable) 10+ years of progressive finance experience Strong IFRS, tax, and governance knowledge Hands‑on with Pastel, advanced Excel wizardry, and BI tools Experience in Media or FinTech?
