**The position reports to the Head of Merchandising, Promotions & Catalogue.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Management of a team that is responsible for the catalogue data uploads of new catalogue listings and editing of existing catalogue listings across both Retail and Marketplace
- Reporting on Catalogue Activity and Productivity ensuring turnaround times and quality targets are achieved.
- Fault finding, root cause investigations, preventative measures and continuous improvements
- Ensuring standards and processes are in place to deliver accurate and complete listings
- Balancing of resources between different operational teams including resource planning and task pipeline management to deliver on performance targets related to quality, throughput and stakeholder management.
- Ensuring the correct implementation of the Catalogue Product Information Requirements document
- Maintain any changes to the catalogue systems, process and procedures and update the catalogue user guides accordingly
- Working cross functionally with the Retail Divisionals and Marketplace Team as the point of contact for internal priorities
- Working with the Catalogue product team ensure the roadmap supports strategies for improving quality and scale of new product listings
- Where relevant, manage the catalogue creation charge out function for Merchants
- Coordinating and controlling photography services

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or similar related to management or 5-10 years relevant working experience
- 3 Years+ managerial experience
- Experience with large-data (Advantageous)
- Retail/FMCG experience (Advantageous)
- Proven track record in managing a large team
- Track record of improving business systems and processes
- Able to communicate business requirements to product teams
