**Responsibilities**: - Project Manage HR transformation initiatives and ensure effective adoption of initiatives to meet business outcomes - Work with Talent Management Senior Manager to provide global input on Organisation Design and Change processes to ensure testing & customisation to local context and needs - Contract and influence SSA HR CoEs and HRBPs when implementing initiatives to meet business needs - Define and measure the effectiveness of transformation; change and organisation effectiveness efforts on business outcomes - Manage conversations with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality execution of process and initiatives - Collaborate with global CoEs to leverage existing processes and tools and create best practices - Source suitable solutions for local needs based on benchmarks and networks with other BUs - Provide reports and updates on all of the above to the HR Leadership and Talent Management Senior Manager to ensure alignment with overall SSA Change and Talent Management agenda Qualifications: - 3 year HR Degree or equivalent - 3-5 years’ experience in Change Management - Experience in managing change and HR Projects - Able to drive projects through project management expertise - Analytic and diagnostic thinking to identify key change and organisation design needs - Communication and presentation skills to influence with impact in a positive way - Collaborate extensively across multiple geographies and functions - Understand Business needs and prioritize key change and organisation design needs - Evaluation skills to assess effectiveness of initiatives **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
