**Overview**:
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks, and tools that maximise employee adoption and usage of required changes. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes enabling the organization to achieve organisational effectiveness.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement change management plans for large and complex transformational programmes that minimise potential risks, maximise stakeholder adoption and usage as well as minimise resistance.
- Develop, communicate, and facilitate holistic and integrated change strategies, frameworks and tools that support the strategic and operational objectives of the company.
- Define and maintain the aggregated change roadmaps for the delivery of initiatives that will lead to business and operational benefits within the organization.
- Drive the delivery of a single view of change across to ensure a holistic change management approach for long-term sustainability.
- Manage relationships with key business and external stakeholders to facilitate a common understanding of changes, the impact thereof, and change plans.
- Capacitate staff and leadership in their change leadership roles as well as provide support to improve change management technical proficiency across
- Provide comprehensive reports on the function, including overall change readiness, adoption and business impact, and lessons learned consulting with the business on changes in the organisation.
- Formulate processes and plans to guide the organisation through change.
- Work with the relevant departments to support and embed change
- Evaluate the impact of organisational change and provide relevant reporting.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Relevant B degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Development
- Certified Change Management Qualification e.g. Prosci
- Certification in Project Management
- 3 - 5 years of working experience managing large-scale change projects
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in organisational development, talent management, leadership framework, performance & development management systems
- Demonstrate knowledge and use of project methodology
- Demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office at an expert level (MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & MS Outlook)
**Desirable**:
- Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Organisational Development / Change Management or equivalent NQF Level 8 qualification.
