The marketing and reporting analyst is responsible for collecting and using data to create automated processes and visualization using Power BI. They will analyze customer data to inform marketing and which will assist with operational decisions and create value-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing and sales strategies
- Develop and maintain reporting to measure performance on marketing campaigns and strategies
- Use data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through data analysis across different subsidiaries
- Gather and organize data from various sources to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

**Proficiencies**:

- Proficient in setting up and configuring Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and audience demographics.
- Experience in setting up and configuring Adobe Analytics for web analytics and providing actionable insights into customer behavior, conversion rate optimization, segmentation, and attribution modeling.
- Knowledge of setting up and utilizing SEMrush for digital marketing analytics including SEO and PPC campaigns, keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor data.
- Familiarity with setting up and utilizing Ahrefs for digital marketing analytics including backlinks, organic search, and paid search data.
- Experience in setting up and utilizing BuzzSumo for social media analytics including identifying popular content, tracking competitors' social media activity, and discovering influencers.
- Knowledge of setting up and utilizing Hootsuite Insights for social media analytics, providing insights on audience demographics, engagement and sentiment, as well as competitor analysis and campaign tracking.
- Proficient in setting up and utilizing Hotjar for user behavior analytics, providing heat maps, session recordings, and user feedback.
- Experience in setting up and utilizing Mixpanel for analytics across web and mobile apps, providing actionable insights to improve user retention, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Experience in setting up and utilizing PowerBI for data visualization, creating interactive charts and dashboards, and providing insights on customer behavior, sales, and other key performance indicators.
