As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will:

- Deploy best-in-class campaigns to drive lead generation
- Manage data processes
- Identify, assign and monitor marketing-generated leads
- Build, maintain and optimise the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Analytics, Intent Data, SEO tools etc) as needed
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM and CMS
- Maintain scalable marketing operations
- Analyse and report on all activities, including closed-loop reporting
- Drive best practice across all functions
- Manage operational needs (budgets, forecasts, tracking and reporting)

The ideal Marketing Operations Manager will possess the following skills and traits:

- 2+ year marketing operations experience within SaaS
- Marketing automation
- Lead generation
- Data intelligence
- Data analytics
- Degree level education
- Salesforce and HubSpot experience
- Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for operations
- A demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally and externally
- Project management
- A flexible approach
- Digital campaign generation
