Junior Marketing Analyst

At MRI we are looking to bring on board a **Junior Marketing Analyst **who will support our SDR and marketing demand generation functions in EMEA. They largely will be helping to identify key target audiences and helping to prepare and initiate campaign strategies. This individual is potentially somebody who likes to work with or would like to work with data, liaising with a range of role types, being able to demonstrate a good eye for detail, and working diligently to project timeframes.

This position is based at our office in, Rondebosch, Cape Town.

**This individual will be tasked with the following**:

- Work closely with Marketing team to ensure proper and prompt updates of pipeline into the Salesforce tool
- Maintain data integrity of the Salesforce and data generation systems
- Support the SDR team in cleansing data produced from marketing and demand generation campaigns
- Any other sales support tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the Sales and Sales Support/Operations department
- Responsible for providing support and administrative coordination for the Marketing and Sales Development teams
- Maintain and assign data from Salesforce to the respective users to progress engagement

**Key requirements and competencies**:

- Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Experience in Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized and capable of effectively prioritising tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with peers
- Ability to work to meet internal deadlines
- Ability to document processes and procedures
- Successful team experience in supporting multiple colleagues
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, must be self-directed and motivated
- Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communications and relationship building skills along with the ability to work well cross-functionally
- Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment.
- Details oriented
